Google Chrome's No Connection Dino

Dedicated to All who have Seen this Annoying Little Dino
Ever see this little guy show up when you have no internet connection?

For a reference, disconnect your computer from the internet, open up Google Chrome and try to go to any website.  You'll see what I worked from.
